On it again 🤗 — no stone slates this time but writing on an actual proper big stone … this morning I prepped it with layers and layers of varnish to ensure a smooth surface so that the paint won’t run and shows the letters sharply

Today, Sunday the 1st.
Rain on my face, cycling to Ennis. Vanilla oat latte. A warm breakfast muffin.

Then on to Galway to the rowing club with my friend Sorcha, to a workshop by @martinahynan: Cascade of Oxytocin — Oxytocin is not only a horm

It’s already my second day cycling 🚴&zwj;♀️ on my red fire horse ❤️ 🔥 🐎 bicycle “daVinci” through the Burren landscape to work and the cycle to work scheme.
